Regulation of compounds containing nitrogen and phosphorus which are contained in fertilizers,
enter into the township’s water resources, including lakes, streams, wetlands, drains and natural water courses,
resulting in excessive and accelerated growth of algae and aquatic plants.

The Ponemah-Squaw-Tupper Combined Lakes Association, Inc. {the P-S-T}
- includes the entire contiguous chain of the Lakes Ponemah, Squaw & Tupper and all their connecting channels.
It also includes the section of the Shiawassee River, starting at the US-23 overpass
and ending on the Shiawassee at the Ripley Road bridge.

The PST Lake Association board meets monthly.

The dredging of the Landings Way Channel is complete.
Overgrown brush and fallen trees were removed this winter.
All who use the lake this summer need to respect the rules.

8/13/2010 and run through 8/15/2009. For 2010 the boat parade will start at 7:00pm near the
South West Corner of Lake Ponemah in front of TeeBonez and Lake Ponemah Marina.
